Pricing for emergency & after-hours deliveries
For all emergency fuel oil deliveries, including nighttime deliveries, holiday deliveries, and out-of-hours service, there’s a delivery fee on top of the per-gallon price. The fee covers the cost of dispatching a truck outside of regular route hours.

We are a NY State HEAP (Home Energy Assistance Program) approved home heating oil delivery company. Our HEAP emergency delivery service provides prompt delivery and friendly support for homeowners using HEAP assistance programs.
In addition to fuel delivery, we are also approved for:
- Burner installation and repair
- Annual burner tune-up service
- HEAP-approved fuel deliveries year-round

Oil delivery cancellations
You must call our office at least 12 hours before delivery to cancel. Confirmation through our office is necessary, or you will be charged a $90.00 delivery fee.
If you order oil and need to cancel, call our office at least 12 hours before delivery. You will be given a cancellation number. If the driver shows up without your cancellation number, you will be charged a one-time $90.00 delivery fee for driver expense and gas. You are responsible for paying the fee whether the delivery was set up as cash or credit card.
We cannot cancel deliveries once the driver is already at your address. If you cancel when the driver is at your address, you will be charged a $90 cancellation fee. If payment for the cancellation fee is not received within 10 business days, the account will be forwarded to collection.
